DPIF Control Model v1.1

Version 1.1 of the DPIF Control Model is the current normative release. It consolidates the seven governance pillars, context-risk classification tiers, and deployment-readiness requirements into a single auditable instrument. This version supersedes v1.0 and aligns with the full DPIF instrument suite published under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Current release of the DPIF white paper. Provides conceptual orientation to the framework including the seven governance pillars, risk taxonomy, and relationship between explanatory and normative instruments. Not a compliance document — normative requirements are defined in the Control Model.
